NEVADA STATE FAIR DROPS
PARKING AND GRANDSTAND FEES
The Nevada State Fair announced that effective immediately the $5.00 fee for parking and the extra charge for admission to the grandstand to see the “Full Pull” Truck and Tractor Pulls and Nevada State Fair Championship Demolition Derby are being eliminated. In an effort to help those Nevada residents that want to come to the State Fair this year, the Fair Board voted to eliminate the fees to make the Fair more affordable. This means that opening night (Wednesday, August 20th), which is a FREE gate admission night, will also offer free parking. General Manager, John Owens said, “the intention of the Fair Board is to help everyone be able to afford the rides, fun, games, food, exhibits and livestock shows to experience their State Fair”.
